class farm_fields_handler_filter_entity in farmOS 7
Provide an exposed filter that entity reference options in a select list.
This is based heavily on the code in views_handler_filter_term_node_tid, modified to simplify and remove unneeded options.
This class serves as a base for other handlers to extend. It does not work by itself. See farm_fields_handler_filter_log_owner for an example of a handler that extends it.
