class JsonApiDocumentTopLevel in Drupal 10

Represents a JSON:API document's "top level".

@internal JSON:API maintains no PHP API. The API is the HTTP API. This class may change at any time and could break any dependencies on it.

@todo Add support for the missing optional 'jsonapi' member or document why not.
