class ConfigEntityType in Drupal 9

Defines a config entity type annotation object.

The annotation properties of entity types are found on \Drupal\Core\Config\Entity\ConfigEntityType and are accessed using get/set methods defined in \Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityTypeInterface.
