function site_status_message_update_7000 in Site Status Message 7

Convert legacy variable to "display options" variable.

As of version 7.x-1.2, the "Show on Admin pages" option has been replaced by allowing the administrator to choose whether to show the message on the website pages, the admin pages or both. This will allow for content editor only messages such as if a new version of the site is due to deployed on a particular date/time - something that may affect content editors rather than the public facing site.
