Parameters

\Drupal\Core\Form\FormStateInterface $form_state: Form state object.

string $op: A string equal to either ::SUBMIT_UPDATE, ::SUBMIT_SUBSCRIBE or ::SUBMIT_UNSUBSCRIBE.

bool $confirm: Whether a confirmation mail is sent or not.
