Most themes utilize their own copy of mmenu.tpl.php. The default is located inside "modules/mmenu/tpl/mmenu.tpl.php". Look in there for the full list of variables.

The $variables array contains the following arguments:

• $mmenu
• $id
• $name
• $blocks
