class DecimalFraction in Fraction 2.x

Provides a 'DecimalFraction' migrate process plugin.

@MigrateProcessPlugin( id = "decimal_fraction", handle_multiples = TRUE )

Extracts the numerator and denominator that can be directly mapped to a Fraction field from a decimal input.

Example:
