Rename a table.

Parameters

$table: The table to be renamed.

$new_name: The new name for the table.

Throws

DatabaseSchemaObjectDoesNotExistException If the specified table doesn't exist.

DatabaseSchemaObjectExistsException If a table with the specified new name already exists.
