Defines the timezone that dates should be stored in.
Deprecated
in drupal:8.5.0 and is removed from drupal:9.0.0. Use \Drupal\datetime\Plugin\Field\FieldType\DateTimeItemInterface::STORAGE_TIMEZONE instead.
