Overrides \Drupal\Core\Queue\Memory::claimItem().
Unlike \Drupal\Core\Queue\Memory::claimItem(), this method provides a default lease time of 0 (no expiration) instead of 30. This allows the item to be claimed repeatedly until it is deleted.
