The Barcode module does not come with any fonts. You must download them
yourself or configure the module to use a font that's already on your system.

The Barcode module is set up by default to use a font file located at:
fonts/liberation/LiberationSans-Bold.ttf

If you would like to use this font, download the liberation ttf fonts at
https://fedorahosted.org/liberation-fonts/ into your 'fonts' directory and run 
the following commands:

tar -zxvf liberation-fonts-ttf-[version#].tar.gz 
mv ttf/ liberation

If you would like to use a different font you can change this setting at 
admin/settings/barcode.
