In order to use this module please download an additional set of files from 
http://mostrey.be/files/asset_bonus.zip.  Unzip these files into 
the asset_bonus folder resulting in a file structure like:

     |  |--audioplayer.js
     |  |--player.swf
     |
     |--swfheader
     |  |--swfheader.class.php
     |
     |--swfobject
        |--swfobject.js
        |--flvplayer.swf
