At the moment the CSS and images being used to demonstrate and prototype the
FlowPlayer playlist functions are lifted straight from flowplayer.org. While
this is ok for demo purposes we should design our own scheme, or let the guys
at flowplayer.org know what we're doing so they don't get upset!
