slick_optionset_ui.inc in Slick Carousel 7.2

This file is no longer in use, and only relevant for Beta1 below.

This file is kept to avoid sudden WSOD, or errors during update process, when the process is reversed: running /update.php prior to clearing cache. The safe recommended procedure is: clearing cache/registry -> /update.php.

@todo delete after full release or so, till beta1 installs decrease.
