Notifications scheduler module
Send scheduled notifications depending on timely triggers
Hidden variables (can be set programatically, have no UI):
- 'notifications_scheduler_last' Timestamp from which content will be considered 'new' for the first time a scheduler runs (notifications for new content) After an initial import, set this value to current time so no 'new content' notifications are sent for this content
This is based on the previous subscriptions module
