INSTALLATION
------------
1. Copy ip folder to modules (usually 'sites/all/modules') directory.
2. At the 'admin/build/modules' page, enable the IP address manager module.


CONFIGURATION
-------------
Enable permissions at 'admin/user/permissions'.  Users with the permission 
'administer ip' will be able to use this module.


USAGE
-----
On user pages there is a 'manage IP addresses' tab.
