function TableSortTest::setUp in Drupal 7

Sets up unit test environment.

Unlike DrupalWebTestCase::setUp(), DrupalUnitTestCase::setUp() does not install modules because tests are performed without accessing the database. Any required files must be explicitly included by the child class setUp() method.
