Gets the URI without the 'internal:' or 'entity:' scheme.

The following two forms of URIs are transformed:

• 'entity:' URIs: to entity autocomplete ("label (entity id)") strings;
• 'internal:' URIs: the scheme is stripped.

This method is the inverse of ::getUserEnteredStringAsUri().
