registration field on a product, and whether that field's value is a valid
registration_type; add calls to new helper function to only show
commerce_registration settings/forms/options for products that have a
registration field and a valid registration_type for that field.

Issue #1481546 and #1482912 by jpontani: add checks to make sure a registration
entity exists in the order data array before trying to save it; remove
hook_commerce_checkout_complete, instead leave logic up to the user to decide
when a registration should be saved (confirmed), such as default rule when the
order is first paid in full; add registration_status calls where needed.
