COPY_HERE.txt in CKEditor - WYSIWYG HTML editor 7

Same filename and directory in other branches

Go to https://ckeditor.com/ckeditor-4/download/ and download the latest version.
Then uncompress the contents of the "ckeditor" directory of the downloaded file
to this folder (modules/ckeditor/ckeditor).
